NJFFS Training
It was a packed week with a total of 12 classes for New Jersey Forest Fire Service. We trained over 20 students on ATV Safety, Almost 50 students on UTV Safety and over 50 on the Basic Wildland class. Although very cold we feel very fortunate to be able to do these classes in our home town.

Flatwoods Fire and Nature Festival
Once again, In House Training attended to the Flatwoods Fire & Nature Festival located in Gainesville. The highlight of the event is the three Prescribed Fires. Tables full of fire prevention lectures,
wildlife specialists and nature. Another highlight of the day was the narrated hayride through the scenic forest and we also had the pleasure to reconnect with past students.

Sarasota Fire Fest
Willie was part of the Prescribed Fire Awareness Week at Carlton Reserve where they displayed a prescribed fire demo for the public. they also provided games, food, tours, etc for the whole family. The event was free and the attendance was amazing.

Florida Fire & EMS Conference
In House Training LLC was present in Orlando attending to the Florida State Academy Directors meeting. There were also classes and a vendor show from January 6th through January 10th, 2025

Connecticut
Willie was deployed to Connecticut as a Task Force Leader and assigned to a Hand Crew from Quebec, Canada. They covered the entire state on Initial attack.

Central Florida Prescribed Fire Council Meeting
We attended the 2024 Central Florida Prescribed Fire Council Meeting at the Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Florida on November 8th.

Sandra was deployed back to Texas for the second year on a road for assigment with the FL Fire Prevention and Education Team.

South Florida Prescribed Fire Council Meeting
Willie attended the South Florida Interagency Fire Management Council 2024 Meeting at the C. Scott Driver Civic Center in Okeechobee, Florida on October 29th.

NJ Forest Fire Service
Back in New Jersey teaching for three weeks. This time we had a smaller audience but we trained almost 100 students.

Shelly Fire CA
Willie was assigned to Shelly Fire in Etna Klamath National Forest California as a Safety Officer. The fire consumed over 15,000 Acres.

On my way home, I visited the "Must See" Wildland Firefighter Foundation. They not only honor all Fallen Wildland Firefighters but they also support their families.

Sawtooth National Forest
I was deployed to the Sawtooth National Forest in Twin Falls Idaho for a Fire Prevention and Education assignment for two weeks reaching over 3000 pleople.

While in NJ, we took advantage of a day off and visited the 9/11 Memorial Museum with the family.

Once again, back in NJ for another banner year. this time we trained over 200 students on a variety of wildland classes.

Florida State Fire College
In House Training LLC attended a quarterly meeting of the Florida Fire Training Directors Association followed by the 2-day Florida State Instructors conference. They were both held at the Florida State Fire College.

Congressional Education Award Ceremony
Instructor Willie Cirone was recognized for his dedication and passion in teaching Wildland Firefighting by Congressman Vern Buchanan on Friday, April 19th. This is a unique award, as his name will now be permanently enshrined in the United States congressional record.

Withlacoochee Forestry Training Center
On April 15-19, we attended a class in Brooksville, FL. We also visited some friends who work and maintain this beautiful academy and we were very happy to see our donation brick to the Wildland Firefighter Memorial already there.

This event was held at the Humpreys Half Moon Inn located in Shelter Island, San Diego CA from 04/11/23 to 04/14/23. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun too.

Since we started in NJ it was like going back home.
We not only trained over 150 students but we had the chance to see a lot of friends and family.
