Who we are

 

Willie Cirone:

​

He is a Retired Law Enforcement Officer with 28 years of service, Volunteer Firefighter for 40 years working his way up the ranks to Chief of the Department. Deputy Coordinator Mt. Olive Twp. Office of Emergency Management for 11 years. He was also Team leader for Humane Society Of the United States Animal Disaster Team. Taught at many Academies and Colleges on the East Coast including St. Croix, Puerto Rico and Military Bases throughout USA. Wildland Firefighter for New Jersey Forest Fire Service for over 40 years overseeing the training program for 10 years in Division “A”. Detailed to western fires since 1989.
Now living in Florida, he is an Instructor at Manatee Fire Academy, Suncoast Fire Academy. Member of the Manatee County Incident Management Team, and Volunteers with Florida Forestry and Sarasota County Burn Mitigation Team. He Is the founder and owner of In House Training LLC.

 

Sandra Cirone:

​

Started as a wildland firefighter with New Jersey Forest Fire Service for 13 years and assisted with the training division and was assigned to a tactical water tender and a type 4 engine. She was also on the State Incident Management Team.
Now in Florida she is an Instructor at Suncoast Fire Academy, volunteers with Florida Forestry and she is part of a Florida Fire Prevention and Education Team.
